The training is aimed at people, who want to start a Kanban initiative or get more out of their current working/kanban system. It is also well suited for aspiring Scrum Masters or other agile roles.

You will get a solid foundation, which you can immediately add to your organization's Kanban systems or improve existing ones. You learn how important it is to make the work flow visible.
