Terms and Conditions

General

These general terms and conditions are the basis for all training services of WERTWANDLER GmbH. By registering for a training service, the ordering party declares that he/she is aware of and fully agrees to these terms and conditions.

Registration

The registration is binding and will be confirmed by WERTWANDLER GmbH within 5 days. Registrations will be considered in the order of arrival. If a course is fully booked, we will inform as soon as possible and suggest an alternative date, if possible.

Changes/postponements/cancellations by WERTWANDLER

WERTWANDLER GmbH is entitled to modify the training content to a reasonable extent. If a training course is canceled due to illness of the trainer, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there is no entitlement to the event being held.

WERTWANDLER GmbH also reserves the right to cancel a training course if the number of participants is too low. In this case, you can choose between participation in another training course or a refund of the full fee; there are no further claims.

Wertwandler GmbH reserves the right to make necessary changes or deviations (e.g. due to legal changes) in content, methodology and organization before or during the event, provided that these do not significantly impair the benefits of the announced event for the participant. If necessary (e.g. illness, accident), the scheduled speakers can be replaced by equally qualified persons.

If face-to-face training is not carried out due to the changed Covid 19 requirements, WERTWANDLER GmbH can convert the face-to-face training into online training.

Further liability and compensation claims are excluded, provided there is no gross negligence or intent on our part. Please also note this when booking hotels, flights or rail travel. The customer is responsible for booking trips in such a way that they can be canceled or changed at short notice if necessary.

The events are prepared by Wertwandler GmbH and its speakers to the best of their knowledge and ability. Liability and guarantee for the correctness, topicality, completeness and quality of the contents are excluded.

Wertwandler GmbH is not liable for loss or damage to items brought to events, unless the loss or damage to these items is due to grossly negligent or intentional behavior on the part of Wertwandler GmbH. The premises (e.g. checkroom, practice rooms during breaks) are not monitored.

Cancellations by the client and substitute participants

The following conditions apply if you cancel your registration:

Cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the training are free of charge.
In case of cancellation 59-15 days before the start of the training, 50% will be charged in the cost.
In case of cancellation 14 days before the start of the training, 100% will be charged.
In case of full or partial non-participation, the full training fee (100%) must be paid.

The organizer may waive the cancellation fee in part or in full as a gesture of goodwill, without this giving rise to a claim on the part of the participants.

Representation

It is possible to nominate a substitute for the registered participant at any time. There are no additional costs for this.

The replacement participant must be notified in advance by e-mail.

Prices / Terms of payment

The invoice will be issued before the start of the training. The price shown in the training documents plus the statutory value-added tax applies.

The amount is to be paid without deduction directly after receipt of the invoice and in any case before the start of the training. Any discounts granted can only be granted if the amount shown on the invoice is received by WERTWANDLER GmbH within the specified payment period, but no later than the start of the training. WERTWANDLER GmbH reserves the right to exclude customers from trainings who have not met their payment obligations.

Property rights

The documents handed over as part of the training are intended exclusively for the personal use of the training participants and remain the property of WERTWANDLER GmbH until the training fee has been paid in full. The use for the instruction of third parties, the transfer of the documents to third parties and the duplication is not permitted. In particular, the copyright regulations of the manufacturers and copyright owners apply. Photographs/films may be taken during the training, which also show the actions of the participants. The participants agree that these pictures/films are taken and that these pictures are used for commercial purposes by WERTWANDLER GmbH. The image rights are held by WERTWANDLER GmbH. The participants also agree that WERTWANDLER GmbH may use their respective company name as a reference.

COVID 19 Rules

WERTWANDLER GmbH makes every effort to provide safe training. The trainers are careful to ensure that all necessary safety measures are observed. If, despite all efforts, an infection should occur during the time of a training, WERTWANDLER GmbH is not liable for any resulting costs or claims.
