Way to Kanban
We offer a variety of learning opportunities around the topic of Kanban, both for learning and for practical application. Our goal is to accompany teams and organizations on their journey of evolutionary change.
Our offerings are always hands-on. As trainers, we strive to learn together with the participants and to link the theory directly to their work situation. After each training course, it is possible to start using Kanban immediately.
Certifications and training certificates
Our training courses offer two learning journeys:
The "OrangeLearning Path": Here we identify talents in the organization who can and want to pass on the acquired knowledge internally.
These talents are trained as Kanban multipliers - so-called Kanban coaches - via the certification training courses. These could also be Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches who want to develop themselves on the topic of Kanban.
Green Journey
The Kanban Learning Journey starts with the individual employee. This person can be Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) be trained. Through the system design workshop, he can optimise his work system with Kanban. With regular improvement workshops, the work system is improved in an evolutionary way.
Orange Journey
The talents that are discovered by the Kanban Coaches in these workshops can be used in the trainings Kanban System Design (KSD) and Kanban System Improvements (KSI) mature into Kanban Coaches.
