Way to Kanban

We offer a variety of learning opportunities around the topic of learning and living Kanban. We accompany teams and organisations on the path of evolutionary change.

Basically, all offers are "hands on". As trainers, we strive to learn together with the participants and to link the theory directly to the participants' work situation. After each training it is possible to start immediately with Kanban.

Certifications and training certificates

We see two learning journeys in the trainings:

  1. On the one hand, there are the participants who are embedded in a team or in the organisation and for whom the knowledge is more important than the proof of a training unit. (green Journey). They develop further in their team and their organisation with Kanban.
  2. On the other hand, we strive to identify the talents in the company who can and want to pass on the acquired knowledge internally. These talents would like to continue their education and sometimes need the certificates of achievement in order to be allowed to attend further training courses. The certification trainings are intended for them. (orange Journey). They are trained as Kanban multipliers - Kanban coaches.

Green Journey


The Kanban Learning Journey starts with the individual employee. This person can be Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) be trained. Through the system design workshop, he can optimise his work system with Kanban. With regular improvement workshops, the work system is improved in an evolutionary way.

Orange Journey

The talents that are discovered by the Kanban Coaches in these workshops can be used in the trainings Kanban System Design (KSD) and Kanban System Improvements (KSI) mature into Kanban Coaches.
