I am inspired by people who move forward as a unit and with joy.

For a good 15 years, I have been helping projects, teams and leaders in startups, SMEs and large companies to lead their organization and employees in a value-conscious way and to make them successful in this uncertain environment. With my gentle yet challenging nature, I relate well to a wide variety of people. I don't look for mistakes in the past, but in the now I help people to actively develop themselves. I do not give a motivational injection that loses its effect the next day, but enable a sustainable and responsible change in everyday work.
