Preparation Online Training

Here are some tips for online training participants:

  • Be on time.
It is important to arrive on time for training so as not to miss anything.

  • Make sure you have the hardware and software you need.
We usually use Zoom. Not all companies allow Zoom. Check if it works on your company hardware. If you have not used the software for a long time, it may need to be updated. On the training day, the Zoom session is started at least 15 minutes before. Use the time before the training to test your setup.

  • Notes and documentation.
It is helpful to take notes to review the key points of the training. You can use the Miro we are working on for your notes. At the end of the training you will get a PDF of the whole training from the Miro to download.

  • Participate actively.
Try to participate in the training by asking questions, sharing your experiences, and discussing with other participants.

  • Take breaks.
It's important to take breaks during an online workout. Get up, move around a bit, and stretch. We try to take a break every 60 to 90 minutes maximum.

  • Practice what you have learned.
The best way to retain what you have learned is to practice it. Try to apply what you have learned in training to your work or studies.

If you follow these tips, you'll be well on your way to getting the most out of your online training.

If you have more questions about our trainings, please use the contact form or reply to the invitation e-mail from us. We will take care of your request as soon as possible.

Note: If for compelling reasons Zoom does not work, we can also offer alternatives. However, this only after consultation with our training organization.
