Advanced Training 1

You will get a solid foundation, which you can immediately add to your organization's Kanban systems or improve existing ones. You learn how important it is to make the work flow visible. You know the importance of Work-in-Progress (WIP) limits and pull mechanisms and how they help you to improve your work process.

The training is aimed at people who want to start a Kanban initiative or get more out of their current working/kanban system. It is also well suited for aspiring Scrum Masters or other agile roles.

We offer the two-day KSD advanced training course both as classroom training on site or online.
